Temp to Hire Converter/Packer position located in Covington, Ohio!
Schedule and Compensation- 1st shift 6:00am-6:00pm Fri-Sun
- $17.25/hr
- 360 hour hire on
- Must be okay with standing for long periods of time, packing boxes
- You will be packing milk bags for most of the day.
- Must be okay with working independently and eventually cross training to become a machine operator.
- Lifting up to 60lbs occasionally, standing/bending/twisting/squatting/climbing stairs
- 9 Holidays – if work it is time and half
- PPO Anthem w/vision
- HSA – no contribution
- Dental
- 401(k) w/ 50% match up to 6%
- 80 hrs vacation
- Profit Sharing quarterly payout
- STD 100% paid
- Life 100% paid - $25,000
- Weekly pay on Thursday
- Hair Net/Hats, safety glasses, no jewelry, fake nails, no facial hair more than 1/2 long.
- 2 paid breaks and lunch (rotation to keep machines running)
- Vending machines on-site with full kitchens
- Company tries to do 2 employee engagements per month for all employees with summer cookouts.
