PC Shipping​/Receiving Tech-2nd shift

Job Summary

This position pulls, verifies, and loads daily shipments. Maintains an organized finished good warehouse. Unloads and organizes empty returns. Also creates and maintains customer BOL’s, scans, quick receives, and posts Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN).

• Unloads and organizes empty returns (dunnage).
• Assists with creating and maintaining customer BOL’s, scanning, quick receiving and sending the customer Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN).
• Interact with coworkers, drivers and customers.
• Maintains a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Continuously seeks to improve processes.
• Communicate with associates and team leaders regarding shipment issues.
• Ability to work daily and weekly overtime as needed to support shipping functions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Interact with co-workers, customers, outside vendors, and government officials.
• Communicate issues related to production scheduling to Associates and Manager/Assistant Manager.

High School diploma or equivalency is preferred.

This position requires forklift experience.

This position requires specific knowledge of shipping, the ability to work alone or with others, and computer skills. This position also requires knowledge of finished goods manufactured at YNA and the production lines that produce them.

Position requires the ability to bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive arm movements, lift up to 50 pounds, stand on concrete for extended periods of time, work mandatory overtime, and withstand various temperatures from below 0 and up to 100 degrees.
