Now hiring Extrusion Helper – Covington, OH
Pay Rate: $18.25 - $19.75 per hour.
Shift: Day & Night Shifts Available – 12‑hour rotating schedule (5:45 AM – 6 PM & 5:45 PM – 6 AM; 2‑2‑3 schedule).

- The Heavy Lifting: On your feet, moving boxes (up to 50 lbs), keeping count.
- Character: Reliable, focused, and always safety‑minded.
- Load cardboard cores and materials onto extrusion machines.
- Assist the shift supervisor with daily production activities.
- Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate production records.
- Package finished products according to customer specifications.
- Monitor production lines and report equipment or process issues.
- Assist with machine adjustments and setup as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support additional production and operational tasks as assigned.
