Production Manager, Production QC/QA
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Team Lead to oversee production operations on 3rd shift. This role is responsible for supporting daily production activities, assisting team members, ensuring quality standards are met, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Location: Coldwater, OH 45828
Pay Rate: $17.70/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift | 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Responsibilities- Lead and support production employees during assigned shifts.
- Monitor workflow to ensure production goals and quality standards are achieved.
- Train and assist team members with job duties and procedures.
- Communicate production issues and updates to supervisors and management.
- Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with troubleshooting operational issues and resolving concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork within the department.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Willingness to work 3rd shift hours.
