Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure quality products are produced efficiently and safely. Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $17.20 per hour Shift: 3rd Shift, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with changeovers and other production tasks as needed.
• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals.

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery and varying temperatures.
