Industrial Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (Open)

Greif is seeking a skilled technician to perform preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, and troubleshooting on heavy manufacturing equipment in a union facility in Baltimore, OH.

• Perform routine and non-routine maintenance and repair, including PM inspections.
• Execute mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, sketches, engineering specifications, and work orders.
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments to determine dimensional requirements and remove defective parts using hand and power tools.
• Adhere to all safety policies and participate in plant-wide safety, housekeeping, operational excellence, and lean manufacturing programs.
• Complete preventive maintenance on machinery and systems to ensure reliability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in maintenance or related field.

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and work orders.
• Proficiency operating machines, hand-tools, and electrical equipment.
• Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with pump internals and rebuilding (bearings, seals, sleeves, etc.).
• Basic welding, machining, and fabrication experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to follow directions and work in a team.

• Hourly wage: $35.35 per hour, with potential short-term incentive.
