What You'll Be Doing

* Operate front-end loader to move and load materials safely and efficiently

* Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance

* Assist with stockpile management and material handling

* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

* Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

What Are We Looking For

* Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively

* Maintenance experience is a plus

* Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs

* Reliable attendance and commitment to quality work

* Willing to work nights and weekends as needed.

Conditions of Employment

* Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

* Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
