Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM | 3rd Shift, 10:30 PM - 6:50 AM | Requires 1 week of training on Day Shift | Mandatory OT as needed

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written instructions, operator sheets, and standard work procedures.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift to 40 lbs., and move continuously during the workday.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, or packing experience is helpful but not required.

• Assemble foam seat cover components on a fast-paced production line.
• Follow operator description sheets and work instructions to build products accurately.
• Fasten parts together using bolts, clips, screws, and other assembly methods.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Pack completed products for shipment and distribution.
• Use hand tools, fixtures, ergonomic arms, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Rotate between workstations based on the production schedule and operational needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
