Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Sanitation Associate to join our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater.

Monday through Friday 10:00 pm–6:00 am with occasional Saturday work.

• Starting hourly rate $18.75, with potential to increase to $19.60 after 90 days
• Monthly and year‑end profit sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

• All training will be provided for this entry level position.
• Responsible for cleaning equipment and surfaces and documenting work in the egg processing facility.
• Remove all egg debris accumulated throughout the day on the processing equipment, floor and surrounding areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe plant while adhering to all USDA/AQ/HACCP requirements for sanitation operations.
• Wear proper PPE when using chemicals or cleaning supplies.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds.
