Direct Hire, Long Term, Full Time. Pay Rate: $22.00 / hour

Duties:
The Production-Quality openings involve producing automotive glass products at our client's facility. We apply components to automotive glass for customer installation. You would be responsible for maintaining quality and safety, ensuring proper processes, and setting aside rejects or reworked glass.

Understand basic math and perform computer data entry. Able to follow work instructions. Able to make independent decisions regarding product disposition. Able to deal with production changes and complete work efficiently. Must successfully complete quality training to then move to the quality department. Attend all level 1 meetings. Take inventory, monitor associates, and their proficiency. Conduct fixture checks. 100% perform 1st piece inspections.

Responsible for daily measurements and collection. Load and release material in SAP. Work with the staff supervisor, engineers, and managers to track and report downtime properly.

Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 40 pounds. Required education:
No Education Requirement.
