We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating molding machines, performing quality checks, and using precision measuring tools.

• Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure (to 1/16"), millimeters, and centimeters
• Utilize precision tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Perform basic math calculations for measurements and quality checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures

• Previous experience in plastic injection molding or similar manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately (1/16", metric units)
• Proven experience using calipers and micrometers
• Ability to pass a basic math evaluation
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Capable of climbing, bending, and reaching as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
