The Manufacturing Technician will be located in Guadalajara Norte.

Here are some examples of the activities you will be performing:

• Follow-up on attendance of operational staff
• Ensure compliance with the production plan
• Follow-up and execution of 5F
• Monitoring of work orders and compliance of volumes per model
• Handling and disposal of SCRAP
• Direct support to production floor and resolution of incidents
• Validation of processes in SMT, structural and OLA processes

Indispensable skills for the role:

• Technical career in Electronics, Mechatronics or related
• Experience in management of personnel
• Knowledge in processes of:
• SMT
• Structural / PTH
• Soldering by OLA
• Experience in testing of cards
• Knowledge in Pressfit processes
• Ability to work under production objectives
• Basic handling of Office software
