Technical Process Technician (SMT and PTH)

The Technical Process Technician (SMT and PTH) will be located in Guadalajara Norte.

Here are some examples of the activities you will be performing:

• Startup of SMT and PTH production lines, ensuring compliance with process parameters
• Profile taking
• Maintenance of SMT equipment
• Changes of card models, recipes, and programs
• Reception, validation, and registration of tooling
• Generation of Pareto charts of line parameters

Indispensable skills for the role:

• Engineering or technical career in electronics, mechatronics, or related fields
• Knowledge of PTH and SMT assembly processes
• Handling of screen printer equipment, reflow ovens, and laser marking equipment
• Knowledge of electronic components, router handling, and card cutting
• 1 year of experience in the position (desirable)
• Computer handling and office software
• Availability for 3 shifts and rest days
