Monday
- Thursday, 3 PM- 1:00 AM, Overtime as needed on Friday. Will train on 1st shift possibly for the first 3-6 months. Monday
- Thursday: 5AM-3 PM.

Production Operator - Paint Processor
, you will be part of a team that works together to manufacture quality paints,stainsand other materials. As a key associate on our manufacturingteamyou will be working with a variety of equipment and materials to complete your daily tasks.

- Work in a PSM (Process Safety Management) building that includes solvents and solvent‑borne materials.
- Following all safety rules,processes and procedures.
- Combining raw materials in a specific order.
- Operating mixing equipment based on written instructions.
- Utilizing forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Maintainingaccuraterecords and a clean, orderly work area.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Lift up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds infrequently.
- Able to wear all required
PPE
, including hard hat, FR uniform, steel/composite‑toe safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, and other protective gear. - Able to
bend, reach, and lift
during tasks that involvetransferhoses, drums, or similar materials. - Follow detailed instructions and record progress.
- Stand for extended periods of time, maneuvering around equipment.
- Work in a team environment and take ownership over assignedareaof responsibility.
- Ability to safelyoperatea
Powered Industrial Truck (PIT). - Ability to
complete and demonstrate
understanding of required safety training.
