In this exciting new role, you will be an integral part of the Product Development and Innovations Team (PDI). This role is for a strategic product and process professional who will have ownership of project-deliverables throughout the product development, technical design, operational readiness, and continuous improvement processes. This product development professional will lead critical workflows including the ECRN process and new product process.

These processes ensure excellent alignment between design intent, manufacturing capability, and business requirements. To successfully lead these processes this leader must be able to scale standards for each project uniquely, and must be committed to disciplined execution. This role provides cross-functional leadership across CAD/product design, CAD foam cutting programs, trials, pricing requests, third-party testing, and item number creation while driving design continuity across product profiles, packaging, specifications, and performance attributes.

Recognized for independently managing high-volume of work, strengthening operational efficiency, and translating complex technical information into clear documentation, reports, and stakeholder presentations.

• Strong computer skills, aptitude to add new skills
• At least 1 year of CAD experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Aptitude for technical information and projects
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks and projects
• Strong computer and technical documentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively within PDI team
• CNC cutting experience

• Specific experience with insulation and siding
• Understanding of building products and design
• Knowledge of building codes, code compliance, product applications, performance requirements, etc.
• Knowledge of or experience with Smartsheet Software
• Strong technical acumen
• Six Sigma Certifications [Green or Black]
• Experience in ECRN [Engineering Change Request Notification] processes
• Associate degree or higher in related field
• 3D CAD
• Program Writing

• Write sample-cutting programs and edit CNC programs
