C Shift Production Associate

Efficient operation of assembly equipment and other assembly tasks to safely produce and pack quality products to meet customer requirements.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 10 hours and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must have excellent reading, writing, communication, and math skills.
• Ability to work OT as needed.
• High school diploma / GED preferred.

• Must be able to use and read various measuring devices.
• Operate HMI (Human Machine Interface) Screen.
• Ability to understand multiple types of assembly machine functions.
• Problem solving knowledge and ability.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing principles.
• Attention to detail/Quality frame of mind.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Safety, Quality, and EMS.
• Follow standardized work instructions.
• Fully participate in and support the Corvac Quality System.
• Observe general and specific safety rules. This includes observing light curtain and other safety devices while the machine is in operation.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and contribute to the overall orderliness of the plant.
• Fill out all required paperwork including but not limited to production, scrap and downtime.
• Rework and repair defective parts as needed.
• Responsible for the quality of product produced and identifying any non‑compliant component parts.
• Responsible for assuring proper labeling is applied to finished goods containers.
• Accountable for packing finished goods.
• Able to train others as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
