Production And Shipping Role
This role supports the production and shipping of conveyor rollers used in high-speed packaging machinery. You will work on a 1st shift schedule, contributing to general production, assembly, inventory control, packaging, labeling, and shipping activities to ensure products are accurately built, prepared, and shipped on time.
Responsibilities
- Perform general production tasks related to the manufacturing of conveyor rollers used in high-speed packaging equipment.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Support the production process by following work instructions, maintaining workflow, and meeting daily output goals.
- Handle packaging and labeling of finished products to ensure correct identification and presentation for shipment.
- Assist with shipping activities, including preparing orders, using shipping software, and organizing outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory by counting, tracking, and recording materials and finished goods as required.
- Use shipping and inventory software to enter data, update records, and verify order details.
- Organize work areas and materials to support efficient production and shipping operations.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with tasks before or after the core shift when business needs require.
Essential Skills
- Experience in general production or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of basic production processes and workflow.
- Hands-on experience with assembly tasks in a production setting.
- Familiarity with shipping procedures and handling outgoing orders.
- Ability to perform inventory tasks, including counting and tracking materials and products.
- Experience with shipping software and basic inventory systems.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain orderly work areas.
- Flexibility and ability to work before or after the main shift when needed.
- High attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly, labeling, packaging, and shipping.
- Ability to work effectively on a 2nd shift schedule from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Work Environment
This is a 1st shift position. The facility is not temperature controlled, so it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, with some exposure to the elements when dock doors are open. The work takes place in a production and warehouse setting that emphasizes teamwork, engagement, and long-term stability. A separate area in the organization operates on an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, indicating a standard daytime business environment for some functions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
