Management of a group ("Assembly Worker") and active support to ensure value-adding activities (in particular continuous improvement) in production in accordance with company rules and guidelines or instructions.
Demanding and adhering to standards for manufacturing processes, if necessary, escalation in the event of deviations (e.g. quality problems) in accordance with company regulations.
Carrying out the assigned tasks taking into account the specified work procedures / equipment to be applied as well as the optimum achievement of the selected key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance with the specified standards.
Promoting team development and cooperation partners in contact with other departments and groups.Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks.Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks.Responsible to sustain the team performance and evaluation as well as qualification demands.Organizing and moderating workshops of the groups.Implementation of measures to maintain health and safety at work in accordance with company and statutory regulations.Depending on the task assigned, indirect organizational and production-supporting tasks such as data acquisition, logistics, quality, control, armament and repair may be performed.Support of the group in root cause analysis.Cooperation with responsible departments (after consultation with the superior) in the realization of agreed production targets in the area of responsibility with regard to safety, quality, costs, deadlines, service and cooperation (S-Q-K-T-S-Z).Performance of operational tasks, e.g. simple assembly work, simple set-up and adjustment work in accordance with prescribed standards, guidelines and instructions.Monitoring the quality of materials, products and equipment by means of checks, if necessary, determining the causes of faults and calling in the responsible authorities for the purpose of fault rectification / escalation in accordance with the specifications.Recording and forwarding of information from the shop floor management in cooperation with the responsible authorities, especially with regard to quality measures and continuous improvement in production.Notification of the production manager and quality assurance in the event of problematic faults in equipment or individual parts from the upstream departments with the following escalation process.Execution of simple maintenance, control and repair work (e.g. on processing stations, control systems, machines/installations and devices) and execution of periodic safety checks in accordance with the specificationsGestionar grupos de trabajo ("Operadores de Ensamble") y soporte activo para asegurar actividades de valor agregado (en particular mejora continua) en producción, de acuerdo con las reglas, lineamientos e instrucciones de la empresa.
