Job Summary: Perform basic operator maintenance and repair of plastic lid manufacturing machines, maintain high equipment effectiveness (OEE), and produce quality lids at optimal speed.

• Record timely checks to ensure only quality product is manufactured.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, procedures, including lock‑out/tag‑out when required.
• Diagnose and repair machine malfunctions and make operator‑level repairs.
• Perform scrap bin checks, line checks, and quality tests to identify defective goods.
• Maintain established cycle times to meet production goals.
• Respond immediately to defective lids identified by colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area at all times.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance, including eliminating air, steam, and water leaks.
• Communicate with Production Lead or Supervisor regarding raw material, machine, or quality issues.
• Perform roll changes and perform plastic extrusion process.
• Follow Win Cup OPERA values, safety initiatives, and plant standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED.

• At least two years in a manufacturing environment tending a production machine.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read/write/speak English.

• Follow supervisor directives to sustain productivity and target levels.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and manufacturing safety standards.
• Collaborate with plant and safety leadership.
• Complete new manufacturing training to maximize output efficiencies.
• Support new product introductions.

Frequent handling of materials weighing up to 50 lb, standing for long periods (8‑12 h shifts), and use of hands to manipulate tools and controls. Requires frequent bending, twisting, and reaching.

Indoor manufacturing environment with moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and occasional airborne particles. PPE required (hairnet, hearing protection, safety glasses). Ability to work 8‑12 h shifts, weekdays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
