Production Worker (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ceiling tiles and panels by applying felt or protective film to finished products before they move to quality inspection and shipping. This is a hands‑on position in a fast‑paced production environment where quality, consistency, and teamwork are essential.

Shift Options:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:15 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:15 AM

• Apply felt to ceiling tiles and panels using production equipment.
• Apply protective film to finished ceiling panels before shipment.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Able to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to learn new production processes quickly.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
