Production Team Member – $18-$21 per hour

Production Team Member – 10 hr day, mid & night shifts available.

Pay: $18.00 per hour day 1–59; $19.00 per hour day 60–89; $20.00 per hour day 90+;
Additional shift premium $1.00 for off‑shifts.

The position is responsible for safely operating equipment and handling fabricated glass products for a variety of customers and applications. The production team member will operate all types of manufacturing equipment, place glass into machinery, and package the final product for customer delivery.

• Willingness to contribute to a team effort to accomplish production goals.
• Conduct all affairs with integrity.
• Commitment to working safely and promptly reporting incidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions.
• Initiative to learn new systems and processes, and ability to draw correlations between how equipment operates.
• Ability to lift 30–70 pounds comfortably and consistently.
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment when needed (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, power tools).

• 10‑hour Day Shift Monday through Thursday (6am–4pm)
• 10‑hour Night Shift Monday through Thursday (4pm–2am)
• Overtime opportunities available.
