• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
• Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
• Record production and quality data using computerized systems.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support efficient production.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Safely handle raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the scheduled shift.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Associate, Equipment Operator, or similar manufacturing role.
• Experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Shift: 3:00 p.m.

- 11:00 p.m.

Third

Shift: 11:00 p.m.

- 7:00 a.m.

• Base pay: $29.50 - $31.50 per hour.
