Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain a front-end loader
- Perform daily operation of grinding equipment
- Meet daily production requirements
- Conduct inspections and routine maintenance of grinding equipment; assist with repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn automated systems and PC-based controls
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Conscientious approach to quality and productivity
- Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
- Mining experience or training is a plus
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent skills in reading, writing, and basic math
- Minimum of two (2) years of machine operation or related industrial experience
