Massillon Container Company/Vail Packaging has Machine Utility positions available on our 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday thru Friday 1st shifts at our union corrugated packaging manufacturing plant located in Navarre, OH.

• Run presses and other machines.
• Read factory orders and tape measures to set up machines with close tolerances.
• Use glue machines and hand gluing to assemble corrugated packaging solutions.
• Perform basic shop math, inspect, load, count and stack corrugated board and finished packaging.
• Read and complete production and shipping documents while consistently following detailed directions.

• Mechanical inclination and basic shop math skills.
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks and operate machines.

• Stable work schedule in all seasons, with regular full‑time hours and no layoffs for over 26 years.
