Bakery Batch Mixer
- Depositor job at Simply Sweet Bakery. Fredericktown, OH.
We are looking for 2 batch mixers for our rapidly growing bakery business. This team member will be trusted with consistently weighing out recipes and mixing bakery batches with precision using our large 80 and 120qt mixers. They will also learn how to use our depositing equipment and rack ovens. If you are looking to take your baking skills to a much higher level, you are exactly what we are looking for!
Currently, we are looking for Mixers for two shifts:
Days - 6 am to 2 pm Mon
- Fri Afternoons - 2 pm to 9 pm Mon
- Fri
- Accurately measuring out dry ingredients
- Mixing Large Batches
- Process batches through dough depositors
- Bake these batches in our Rack Oven
- Maintain a safe and clean station
- Previous food handling or manufacturing experience is preferred
- Ability to accurately use food scales
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to be on your feet for 8-10-hour shifts
- Ability to easily lift 50lbs
- Thrives in structured repetitive work
- Knowledge of commercial mixers, Polin Multidrop depositors would put you a notch above!
