Overview
Trillium Staffing has a tremendous opportunity for Process Technicians to join an established and growing manufacturer in the Berlin/Millersport area!
ResponsibilitiesProcess Technicians will be responsible for set‑up and operations of injection molding, injection blow molding and injection stretch blow molding equipment, perform mold changes and adjustments, and resolve process issues including material flow, temperature control, and cycle times.
PayPay rate: $33.10–$33.70 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour shift differential for all hours outside of 7 am–3 pm.
Shifts- 1st – 7 am–3 pm, Mon–Fri
- 2nd – 3 pm–11 pm, Mon–Fri
- 3rd – 11 pm–7 am, Mon–Fri
- 2–5 years of experience as a Process Technician in a comparable plastics manufacturing environment
- Extensive knowledge of injection molding (PIM)
- Experience with multiple cavity injection molds
- Experience performing mold changes
- Knowledge of MATTEC
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs individually and 200 lbs in a team lift
- Good math skills
