Elwood Staffing - - Responsibilities:
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate and assemble metal components;
Perform FCAW welding and join various metals in accordance with industry standards such as ASME codes & standards;
Utilize hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble structural components;
Measure materials precisely using measuring tools; perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate fabrication dimensions;
Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during fabrication processes
