Sligan Plastics - - Responsibilities:
Prepare First Piece Reports for each line running;
Perform ink color checks;
Conduct all required testing per procedures;
Carry out hourly quality checks;
Line audit while collecting hourly samples;
Maintain and file spec sheets;
Audit blank bottle finished goods lines in Production;
Conduct daily plant walk-through to identify issues;
Perform last shot measurement and visual analysis;
Ensure accurate pick lists and stickers for production
