The Production Manager oversees the production process in the anchor bolt division in Masury, OH. Responsibilities include planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, setting quality standards, estimating timescales and costs. The production scheduler and production supervisor report directly to the Production Manager.

The role involves supervising and managing staff, recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating a team of workers and production staff. It also involves selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery. This position is based in our Masury division.

• Planning and Organizing Production Schedules: Assessing project and resource requirements, setting quality standards, estimating timescales and costs.
• Supervising and Managing Staff: Recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating a team of workers and production staff.
• Ensuring Equipment Maintenance and Efficiency: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of production equipment for continuous operations.
• Problem‑solving and Troubleshooting: Addressing issues during production, including technical faults or human resource problems.
• Implementing and Overseeing Cost‑Control Measures: Ensuring production is cost‑effective and within budget.
• Report Generation and Documentation: Preparing and maintaining production reports and personnel records.
• Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean manufacturing strategies to eliminate waste and improve production efficiency.
• Idea Generation: Be a self‑starter. Look for out‑of‑the‑box ways to improve and have the willingness and skill to implement ideas.
• Leadership: Lead by example.

• Strong leadership background
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical information and mathematical concepts, form conclusions, and present complex information.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects to completion effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Effective problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• A hands‑on, curious approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing.
• 3‑5 years of prior experience in production management.

Salary: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00
