Georgia-Pacific is now hiring Shippers to join our Corrugated facility in Mogadore, OH!

• $24.80 per hour.
• You will have the ability to increase your compensation based on skills and contribution to the overall performance of the plant.
• Employees are eligible after 90 days of service to receive 1 week of paid vacation. Beginning in January of 2027, you will receive 2 weeks of paid vacation annually.

• Rotating 1st/2nd shift: 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm (rotates weekly) or night shift: 11pm-7am. Candidates must be available to work any shift.
• Shift placement will be determined upon need at time of hire.

• Conduct required pre-operating checks on forklift and equipment.
• Safely move products from warehouse and load on customer's trailers.
• Ensure customer needs are met by operating a forklift to load product with zero defects in a timely manner.
• Consolidate and organize warehouse as needed.
• Keep all work areas free and clear of debris that could cause problems while loading.
• Perform tasks such as sitting, lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for extended periods of time.

• Experience operating a forklift.

• One year or more of experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience operating mobile equipment.
• Experience using a computer for basic record keeping and documentation functions.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation.
• Experience with flatbed, rail car, or center-beam loading.
