General Laborer

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment; maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt; ready or put away tools as assigned.
• Follow directions to operate machinery, hold or supply routine materials and tools, load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
• Perform routine property care activities.
• Perform any non‑technical routine tasks at the plant.
• Conduct routine quality checks on finished products.
• Report any issues to supervisor or higher‑level colleague.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Typically possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.

The pay range for this position is $17.55 - $28.03 annually. A competitive wage for new hires typically falls between $19.00 and $19.00. Offers may vary based on market data and other factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The starting rate is the same for all applicants applying for this role and is not representative of future compensation increases.

The position may also be eligible for a short‑term incentive.
