• Qualification:
  
  Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• Experience:
  
  10+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in a leading role.

• Manage production as per plan, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.
• Drive initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and optimize utilization of resources to maintain a favorable cost of sales.
• Ensure the readiness of production capacity by leading the effective maintenance of plant, equipment, and manufacturing facility.
• Lead processes to strengthen internal controls, systems, and commercial viability of factory operations.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Deep understanding of production planning, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
• Ability to manage maintenance strategies for plant and equipment reliability.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience in strengthening internal controls and factory systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
