As a Pack Grind Packer Temp, you will:

• Precisely pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment and storage
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our exacting standards
• Safely operate packaging equipment and load bulk semi-trailers with finished product
• Keep workplaces clean and organized by performing housekeeping and sanitation duties across departments
• Maintain accurate logs and records for packaged materials and deliveries
• Participate in safety initiatives and follow HACCP and GMP requirements
• Help train new team members and support daily production goals

• Physical Readiness:
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work at heights or in varying temperatures

• Experience in manufacturing/warehousing is preferred, but not required

• Comfortable with dusty, hot/cold, and noisy environments
• Willing to participate in safety programs and adhere to protocols (no jewelry, uniforms provided)
• Must work rotating 2-2-3 schedule (48 hours one week, 36 the next, 12.25-hour shifts from 4:45 AM/PM to 5:00 AM/PM, every other weekend off)
