D.S. Brown Company, a Gibraltar Industries Company, is seeking a Welding Lead for the 3rd shift at our North Baltimore, OH site. You will lead the welding department, ensuring safe, efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities include coordinating welding tasks, mentoring welders, maintaining schedules, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A strong background in MIG/TIG/flux-core welding and blueprint reading is required.
