Overview
Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM. Hourly Rate: $24.26 an hour + $0.75 shift differential.
Location:
Archbold, Ohio. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will support daily operations within a food manufacturing environment, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
You will operate equipment, perform production tasks, and work with your team to meet production goals while maintaining high standards for food safety and quality.
Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment according to standard procedures.
- Perform production tasks including assembling, processing, packaging, and labeling food products.
- Inspect products to ensure quality specifications and food safety standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety standards.
- Assist with product changeovers, equipment setup, documentation, and reporting.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or product quality issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical requirements and environment will be shared during the hiring process. In manufacturing, noise levels can be high and temperatures may vary. Roles may require standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, kneeling, repetitive tasks, and frequent lifting, pushing, or carrying of materials.
