OverviewEDI Specialist - Logistics-Planning Department

Requisition
Responsibilities- Monitor, adjust, and maintain EDI data to ensure authenticity and accuracy.
- Formulate and import correct delivery plans; communicate, feedback, and handle abnormal delivery situations.
- Maintain effective communication with customers; monitor and respond to order changes in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy of order forecasting as data input for company operations.
- Monitor on-time delivery of orders.
- Support FCA production suspension management, ECR change management, logistics performance scoring, and other critical matters as required.
- Aim to achieve the department's KPIs.
- Timely completion and reporting of matters assigned by superiors.
- Understand environmental factors, hazardous sources, and their control methods.
- Execute and implement integrated management system regulation and documentation.
- Classify scrap and waste from this job.
- Perform other duties as assigned; acknowledge that management may reassign duties as needed.
- Languages:
English and/or Mandarin; ability to read, understand, and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions; ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; ability to communicate effectively with team members, engineers, leadership, and customers. - Experience:
Work experience in planning department is preferred. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above. - Physical Condition:
The employee is regularly required to be in good health, able to work long periods at a computer, and handle high stress. - Other Requirements:
Mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure); reasoning ability to solve practical problems; computer skills with familiarity of manufacturing software. - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Familiar with company production process and Plex operation; proficient in Excel and office software; strong data analysis; good logic and data analysis abilities; familiarity with supply chain management; training in MRP operations and related material planning management; ISO 14001/45001; TS16040 program manual.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level is usually moderate. Safety requirements include safety glasses and steel-toed boots.
Key Performance IndicatorsOEM forecast accuracy (3 months and 1 month) and improvement project earnings.
