Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manual, semi‑automatic, and automatic machinery to meet production goals.
  • Use power and hand tools to assemble high‑quality HVAC products.
  • Verify product specifications using measuring tools.
  • Perform quality inspections and report any issues.
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain efficient production.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with additional duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in product fabrication, material processing, or hands‑on manufacturing.
  • Ability to read blueprints and operate precision measuring tools is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment.
Shift Details

Training on 1st Shift is required:
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. After training, employees transition to 3rd Shift, with shift differential pay included.
