Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Hatch Transfer Team Member for our Hatchery 1 location in Oakwood.

SHIFT

HOURS:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm, with a rotating weekend from 1:30pm-7:30pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.30 with the potential of increasing to $17.55 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year‑end profit‑sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

• Setting and Transferring Eggs
• Washing Hatchers, Tubs and Dividers
• Assisting in loading Poult Trucks

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to lift 50-70 pounds over your head repeatedly
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
