2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage new product development initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify product opportunities
- Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams
- Develop product formulations and specifications
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage product trials, stability studies, and documentation
- Support product launches and post-launch evaluations
