1st Shift Forklift PIV Operator

Forklift PIV Operator – 1st Shift Monday-Friday: 6am-2:30pm

As a Forklift PIV Operator, you will be part of our Material Handling team located in Willard, Ohio. You will perform daily safety checks, load and unload parts, scan inventory, maintain proper stock levels, and support overall warehouse efficiency.

• Complete daily safety check sheet on forklift
• Load and unload parts
• Scan all parts in and out of stock locations to ensure inventory accuracy
• Keep the plant stocked with the proper amount of parts, avoiding overstocking
• Abide by all SBD Willard safety policies
• Follow all applicable ISO standards and procedures
• Ensure all stock areas are neat and organized
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Group Leader

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid lift truck operator license or successful completion of lift truck training
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Janus scanning guns and procedures
• Knowledge of the AS400 system
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
