Location: Landin Park
Crane Company seeks a Value Stream Supervisor to lead breakthrough operational improvements under the Plant Manager. This developmental role uses lean manufacturing to improve the bottom line while guiding hourly associates across the value stream.
You will supervise direct and indirect labor, drive 5S, track KPIs daily, and lead kaizen activities to improve service, cost, quality, and safety while developing team capabilities.
