• Independently setting up, reconfiguring, and operating our complex systems in accordance with the respective production order
• Monitoring and Ensuring Smooth Production
• Ensuring Our High Quality Standards
• Review and Compliance with Applicable Occupational Safety Standards
• Assistance with repair and maintenance work
• Cleaning the equipment and production areas in accordance with hygiene regulations

• Completed vocational training, preferably as a dairy technologist (m/f/d) or as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d)
• Work experience in an industrial setting is a plus
• Good written and spoken German skills (at least A2)
• Ability to work shifts and willingness to work in a three-shift rotation, including weekend work
• A strong understanding of and interest in technical processes
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Ability to handle pressure, ability to work well with others, and willingness to pursue further training
