Location: Lewisburg
Mars UK is seeking a Lead Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence in a high‑volume production area. You will partner with Production Leaders and frontline teams to reduce losses, improve line performance, and sustain standard work as part of the Factory Mars Operating System.
You will analyze performance data, lead 90‑day action plans, coach teams, and ensure safety, quality, and reliability improvements across the line.
