As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include operating a dish washing machine, counting and packing parts, and adhering to strict safety protocols. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Basic math skills for counting and packing parts
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to wear safety glasses and ear plugs provided by the company
• Comfortable wearing leather shoes (steel toe not required)

• Experience with automated machinery or assembly lines
• Basic knowledge of quality control procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must be able to work 2nd shift hours (2:15pm-12:35am) with occasional overtime
• Smoking allowed outside of building during designated break times
• 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break and 1 10-minute break per shift
• Employee responsible for bringing own lunch or leaving to purchase lunch
