Carnivore Snax in Ohio is seeking a Sanitation Technician to maintain a safe and sanitary environment across production and support areas. You will operate the decarb machine, Hobart dishwasher, and three-compartment sink, following GMP and HACCP guidelines. Schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 6am-2:30pm, full-time.
Responsibilities include cleaning, waste disposal, logs, and reporting safety concerns. Prior experience in food sanitation is preferred, and PPE must be worn at all times.
