Lingo Staffing is seeking a Quality Control Lead for a tanker manufacturing operation near Dover, Ohio. This first-shift role puts you in a leadership position to ensure products meet customer specs, drawings, and industry standards while guiding inspection teams through the manufacturing process.
The ideal candidate has at least three years in aluminum cargo tanks or heavy fabrication, blueprints interpretation, welding knowledge, and preferably a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
