Our client, an innovative automotive manufacturing organization, is seeking a Fabrication Technician to join their team. As a Fabrication Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting vehicle assembly and fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a willingness to learn, and a strong attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform MIG/TIG welding on prototype vehicle structures and components following engineering drawings and specifications
• Support fabrication, fit-up, and structural modifications to ensure quality and compliance
• Inspect weld quality and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Work closely with engineering and build teams to address issues and implement improvements
• Maintain attention to detail and safety compliance throughout all tasks

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Prior welding experience preferred, especially in automotive or similar industries
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift components, and work in/around vehicles for extended periods
