Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Sanitation Associate to join our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater.

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Sanitation Associate to join our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater.
SHIFT
HOURS:
Monday through Friday 10:00pm-6:00am with occasional Saturday work.
STARTING HOURLY RATE
: $18.75 with the potential of increasing to $19.60 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:
- Being responsible for cleaning equipment and surfaces as well as documenting work in the egg processing facility.
- Removing all egg debris accumulated throughout the day on the processing equipment, floor and surrounding areas.
- Maintaining a clean and safe plant while adhering to all USDA/AQ/HACCP requirements for sanitation operations.
- Being responsible for wearing proper PPE when using chemicals or cleaning supplies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds.
