Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor index machines used in Index CNC machining and related manufacturing processes to ensure precise and consistent production runs;
Perform routine inspections and adjustments on CNC and index machines to maintain optimal performance and prevent unplanned downtime;
Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process, verifying dimensional accuracy and overall quality of components;
Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools to measure and confirm parts meet required specifications;
Manage material handling tasks, including loading raw materials, monitoring and troubleshooting feeding issues, and unloading finished products
