Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Hatch Clean Team Member for our Hatchery 1 location in Oakwood.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm, with a rotating weekend from 1:30pm-7:30pm
STARTING HOURLY RATE$17.30 with the potential of increasing to $17.55 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAYMonthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:
- Setting and Transferring Eggs
- Washing Hatchers, Tubs and Dividers
- Assisting in loading Poult Trucks
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to lift between 50 and 70 pounds over your head repeatedly
- Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
